On behalf of the OCA Board of Directors, we encourage you to partake in this year’s Annual General Meeting. We are very excited to host our 2018 AGM at Ottawa City Hall Colonel By Room from the hours of 10:00 am -12:00 pm. The Agenda for the AGM will consist of approval of the 2017 Financial Audit, appointment of auditors, execution of the election of Directors to the board and Town Hall discussion.
This year the board sees three positions up for election as per our bylaws. We encourage any member who wishes to volunteer their time as a Director, please review the 2018 Nomination Form. It is important that any candidate has experience working with a policy governance board. While all candidates are welcome, the board has recognized the need to increase their diversity and are looking for candidates with a strong financial controller background.
