NEW BMX CANADA CUP PROMISES TO BE EXCITING
International racing to be had in Canada for BMX riders for 2012; New date for Series Kick Off
(Ottawa, ON – February 02, 2011) The Canadian Cycling Association is excited to announce details around the 2012 BMX Canada Cup Series, which will be the inaugural season of the BMX Canada Cup. In total, young riders from Canada will have the chance to race in five races, including three international UCI races.

CANADA’S TRACK CYCLING TEAM TRAVELS TO BEIJING FOR THIRD WORLD CUP OF 2012 SEASON
The Canadian Track Cycling Team embarked on a journey across the world, to Beijing, China, where it will look to score some precious UCI points to qualify spots for Canada at the Olympic Games.
Ontario will be represented by Fonthills, Joe Veloce and Ottawa’s Alex Cataford.
Joe is looking forward to gaining some valuable UCI points so Canada can qualify a team in the team sprint and Alex (1st Year U23) is looking forward to some solid experience.
