Ontario Athletes in Top 5 at THE UCI MOUNTAIN BIKE PAN-AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIPS IN MEXICO
The 2012 UCI Mountain Bike Continental Championships were held this past weekend in Puebla, Mexico. The Canadian team only sent athletes to compete in the U23 races, for both the men and women.

HAMILTON FOUNDATION 2012 CARDING
(Ottawa, ON – March 25, 2012) The Hamilton Foundation and the Canadian Cycling Association are pleased to announce that the application process for the 2012 carding cycle will begin March 23, 2012 and close April 13th, 2012. The program is open to Elite female road athletes in the development stage and showing great potential as well as U23 male road athletes.

OCA Spring Endurance Camp SC – Day 6 Report by Elliot Galbraith
Around the breakfast table this morning there was a lot of tired faces from yesterdays effort up Caesars Head. Today, however, was no rest day. After realizing that we did not need to wear arm or leg warmers, and applying a healthy amount of sunscreen, everyone started off with a large breakfast, fuelling for today’s long ride.
