Mattamy National Cycling Centre Lost & Found Policy

Important message regarding lost items for anyone attending Ontario Cycling Association Track events at the Mattamy National Cycling Centre:

“The Mattamy National Cycling Centre provides a lost and found service as a courtesy and convenience to our facility users. The Centre and its staff are not responsible for personal items left behind, which includes keeping any record of individuals looking for lost items.

Items of obvious value (i.e. wallets, keys, wheels, etc.) will be kept by the Town for a period of sixty (60) days and will subsequently be donated or disposed of. Perishable items, medications, or loose papers with no identifying information, and items deemed unhygienic will be safely disposed of daily. All other items will be donated/disposed at the discretion of the Centre on the 15th of every month.

Items can be claimed during regular business hours of operation at the customer service desk. A rightful owner will be responsible for satisfactorily identifying the lost item before it will be returned to them. It is at the staff member’s discretion to ask for proper identification when returning an item.”
