Registration: Please complete the APPLICATION and email to : by January 4th.  Not all applicants will necessarily be accepted into the workshop, so please be detailed.  Participants will be notified by January 9th at which time payment will be required.

Organizers: Ontario Cycling Association and Cycling Canada

Description: Performance Cycling is the coaching context for coaches working with late Train to Train and Train to Compete stage cyclists: athletes who are entering National and initial International level competitions. A solid and comprehensive foundation of technical skills and detailed attention to cycling position is needed to maximize efficiency and performance.
