After many years of great success, the Learn to Ride clinic returns to help nurture new riders into the sport and reacquaint others who may have had some time off the bike. Superfly Racing and the Ontario Cycling Association have amassed the top riders and cycling enthusiasts in the province to come ride, instruct, and have a fun-filled day with a large variety of would-be mountain bike riders.
All clinics will start with a one-hour in-class instruction period, with talks ranging from nutrition, bike maintenance and overall training techniques. This is geared to ALL levels of riders, and we encourage everyone to come out to this FREE clinic**! After the in-class period, instructors will break into groups and go ride! Skills such as steep climbing, flowing through rock gardens and cornering through singletrack will all be explored while you enjoy the forest with one of many seasoned veterans of the sport. Food services will be available on-site both Saturday, and Sunday of the Ontario Cup event.
All riding enthusiasts MUST RSVP with firstname.lastname@example.org
