Toronto Cyclocross is one of the longest running and storied cyclo-cross events in Ontario. Having been part of the North American Cyclo-cross Tour, a three time UCI event, and a part of the prestigious Ontario Cup Series, it has become a mainstay on the circuit. The only provincial level event held within the borders of Toronto, it’s venue offers a variety of terrain and elevation to challenge all types of riders, from beginners to the most hardened, mud covered pros out there.
Normally held in Centennial Park, the 2014 edition will be taking place on the grounds of Wild Water Kingdom, located in the heart of the Claireville Conservation Area, part of the Toronto Conservation Regional Authority. It is already shaping up to be a phenomenal course.
Last year, Toronto Cyclocross helped raise over $15,000 that went towards the Kevin Watson Youth Cycling Fund, which helped over two dozen young riders attend a week-long cycling camp.
