The OCA would like to remind you that as of Jan. 1, 2010 the UCI will be enforcing the 3:1 rule that applies to equipment.  More information about this rule and all equipment regulations can be found at:

If you have equipment that does not conform with this rule we encourage to begin looking at other options, especially if you plan to compete in international events in the new year and at Nationals next summer.
