Seeking Candidates for the High Performance Committee
OCA HP Mandate
The mandate of the OCA High Performance Program is to develop riders to the National Team Program and/or self-sufficiency through Trade Teams. The focus is on the development of riders and coaches to accomplish this mandate.
The OCA is actively recruiting qualified volunteers interested in applying for the remaining positions on the High Performance committee:
1. Road/Track/Cyclocross Coach Rep
2. MTB Coach Rep
