Youth Track Development Series Season Finale Registration Open!

The Youth Track Development Series Finale is here! Culminating the four event series, on February 24th 2018, racing will return to the Mattamy National Cycling Centre.

Technical guides are updated periodically with a FINAL version posted 24 hours prior to race time. Please check back frequently to ensure you have the most up to date information.

Important Information

RACE DAY INFORMATION: Registration will open at 11:30 AM and racing will begin at 1:00 PM.

IN-FIELD PERSONNEL: Clubs must identify who is working with their team on the in-field. Independent riders are permitted one (1) support person, and clubs are permitted a maximum of five (5) personnel per club. Only identified personnel [coaches, mechanics, support] will be permitted [i.e. no friends, parents] at the sole discretion of the OCA. Clubs MUST be 100% responsible for those that are identified to work with their athletes.

Clubs must send an email to events@ontariocycling.org identifying their personnel by Thursday, February 22nd, 2018. All team personnel will be required to check-in at registration for an in-field pass.

IN-FIELD ACCESS: Due to setup requirements, participants are asked to refrain from entering and setting up on the in-field until registration has opened at 11:30 AM.

CATEGORY WAITLIST: Waitlists will be available for categories once maximum capacity has been reached. Categories may be expanded based on demand. Contact the OCA office at 416-855-1717 ext. 1010 or events@ontariocycling.org to be placed on a waitlist.

  • Registrants are not permitted to downgrade categories in order to reserve a spot, should their category reach capacity. Any participant who does this, risks being removed from the event and forfeiting the non-refundable processing fee.

COACHING FROM APRON: Coaching from the apron will be permitted during A and B category races ONLY.

REFUND POLICY

  • A rider must withdraw prior to the end of registration in order to be eligible to receive a refund. All refunds are subject to a non-refundable processing fee (variable based on transaction value) plus a refund administration fee of $5 +HST.
  • Once the registration period has ended on February 20th at 12:00 PM – NOON, refunds are no longer available.
  • If an athlete withdraws from the event on race day, they are not eligible for a refund and the rider must inform the Chief Commissaire of their withdrawal.
