We’ll be focusing on areas often neglected by cyclists that can make a big difference, including overall core strength and some upper body work as well as plenty of leg strength. Expect to get a little sweatier this session, though we’ll still take a few minutes at the end to cool down and finish on a gentle, relaxed note!
