Ready to Race! Introduction to Competition Training to Race is the context for coaches who will primarily work with competitive cyclists at the club and competition level. These athletes will likely be in the Train to Train and Train to Win stages of LTAD, although the context could apply to any new racer of any age. These athletes have developed cycling skills and the desire to compete within a structured training and competition program. Coaches should have passed through the Introduction to Competition courses such as Training Basics, and one or two Skills and Tactics courses in order to benefit from the teachings of this weekend course.

Training to Race is the a 2-day in-class workshop.  Participants should have completed the Introduction to Competition- Training Basics course prior to registering.  Please contact if you have questions regarding this requirement.
