The Ontario Cycling Association is proud to announce the 2016 Ontario Summer Games will be taking place August 11-14 in Mississauga, Ontario. Once again, both Mountain Bike and Road events will be held at the 2016 edition of the Ontario Summer Games.
The OCA is excited to continue offering this multi-sport experience to athletes in the Learn to Train and Train to Train stages of LTAD (13-16 years old in 2016). Athletes, ages 13 to 17, from all regions of Ontario will compete against fellow provincial athletes. Many of Ontario’s best young cyclists have used Ontario Summer Games as a springboard to National success.
The Mountain Bike competition is once again a team event and the Road portion will be comprised of individual events.
More information detailing registration and event schedules for the Games will be released in the next few weeks.
So mark the dates on your calendar! The Games in 2016 will be one to remember.
