OCA Athlete Webinar Series

As athletes adjust to self-isolation and social distancing practices, the OCA will be hosting a number of webinars to help motivate, educate, and create a sense of community. The webinars are targeted towards developing athletes [ages 14 – 22].  However, athletes of all ages [and parents] are welcome to participate. We just ask that for workshops with interactive discussion/questions, that questions be limited to the target athlete group to ensure a focus on their needs.

We are working with several coaches and sport science practitioners to schedule additional topics and sessions and we will announce and update this page with new webinars.

Upcoming Webinar Topics

Yoga for Cyclists

Maintaining Strength using Home workouts
