O-CUP #1 – MOSPORT CLASSIC – APRIL 19TH, 2019 @ CANADIAN TIRE MOTORSPORT PARK
The Mosport Classic will be the first race of the 2019 Road O-Cup series. Being held on Good Friday once again, the Road season will get underway at the Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (Mosport) in Bowmanville, Ontario. The challenging 4 km circuit has 10 turns, 50 meters in climbing per lap and is a wide 40 feet in most sections. O-Cup #2 – Calabogie Classic – April 28th, 2019 @ Calabogie Motorsports Park
The second stop of the Road O-Cup Series is at the Calabogie Motorsports Park, located 4 km East of the community of Calabogie. This closed course circuit in Eastern Ontario has proven to be a great location for an early season O-Cup race.
O-Cup #3 – Ontario Police College Criterium – May 5th, 2019 @ Ontario Police College
A fan favorite in 2018, the Ontario Police College Criterium has returned as the third stop on the 2019 Road O-Cup series. The course consists of a relatively technical 1.7 km flat circuit on the Police Vehicle Operations course. There are approximately 10 corners and the width of the course varies, combining a wide start/finish straight with some narrow corners.
O-Cup #4 – Steve Bauer Classic – May 18th, 2019 @ St. Catharines, Ontario
Effingham Hill is back for another year as the 34th annual Steve Bauer Classic returns to the O-Cup series as the 4th event of 2019. Riders will compete in the picturesque Town of Pelham and end with the torturous climb up Effingham Hill. The course is a challenging, winding and rolling route through the vineyards and orchards of Ontario’s Fruitland.
O-Cup #5 – Northumberland Classic – May 25th, 2019 @ Northumberland, Ontario
A new addition in 2018, the Northumberland Classic was an instant favorite for those who participated at the 4th Ontario Cup last season. On its second year, the Northumberland Classic will prove once again to be one of the most challenging but rewarding courses of the entire series. The course consists of a 16.5 km loop and contains over 225 meters of elevation per loop.
O-Cup #6 – KW Classic – June 2nd, 2019 @ Hawkesville, Ontario
Last year’s Provincial Championship Race is the final stop of the 2019 Road O-Cup Series. The route consists of a 10.4 km circuit with a steep climb up Hawkesville Hill, which quickly descends once riders have conquered the climb. The remainder of the course is rolling hills and flats along the scenic Conestoga River. The KW Classic guarantees to be a great way to cap-off the 2019 Road O-Cup series.
